If you are a registered customer and place your order whilst logged on to your Innaree account, from the moment you place an order with us to the moment your treat arrives in the post, you can track the progress of your order within the ‘Orders’ section of your Innaree account. We provide you with the courier provider, the tracking reference and the tracking link automatically within your account against that specific order as soon as it is received by us from the courier.
As a guest, unfortunately it isn’t possible for you to track order progress in the same way a registered customer will be able to do so
by checking their ‘Orders’ section within their account.
It’s for this reason that we recommend registering with us (our registration process is incredibly simple and
quick) so you are kept fully informed of each and every order status.
Irrespective of whether you are a registered Innaree customer or you have used the ‘Guest’ option when purchasing your products, once the transaction has been successfully completed, at the very least, you will always get email confirmation of your successful order as well as when it has been dispatched.
Based on the delivery option you select, if there is a delay in your order, we highly recommend that you contact the courier
in the first instance,
giving them the tracking number so that they can check where it is. Please also consider that there may be delays on their side due to staffing as a
result of COVID-19. If the issue can’t be resolved, then please contact us quoting your Innaree Order Reference Number and a
little detail of what delivery issue has occurred and we’ll get right to it.
Finally, when placing an order, please always make sure you provide the correct delivery address, as these details cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
The Innaree opening times are as follows: 9am – 5pm GMT (Monday to Friday, excluding all UK bank holidays)
For any orders received before 3pm GMT, subject to items being in stock, we endeavour to process all such orders on the same day such that they are shipped out by the following working day (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).
For any orders received after 3pm GMT, subject to items being in stock, these orders will be processed the following working day and shipped the day after (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).
So for example, if we receive an order from you on Monday after 3pm GMT, we will process the order by Tuesday at the latest and it will be collected by the courier on Wednesday for delivery to you.
International delivery costs are calculated by the size and weight of the package as well as the destination.
Delivery times may also vary due to customs inspections.

All international orders are liable to import fees at the destination country. Innaree are not liable for this fee. Innaree are also not liable for any fees or costs due to this fee when considering returns or refund of any goods. All international delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
We cannot currently deliver CBD products to the US.
