Once an order is with you, you may return your order within 14 days from the date you received your package. All packages must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been opened and/or used, we cannot accept a return for health and safety reasons.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, please contact us quoting your Order Reference Number and the reason for the return. Each return request will be handled by our team on an individual basis. All such returns will be a) subject to a 3% charge on the value of the order. This is the payment processing fee that Innaree pays to our payment provider whenever an order is placed, b) Cost of return packaging and postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
For any damaged/faulty or incorrect products sent, we ask that you inform us within 7 days of receipt quoting your Order Reference Number and some detail of the issue at hand. Each request will be handled by our team on an individual basis. If an item is determined to be damaged or faulty prior to you receiving it, or an incorrect item has been sent and we receive this notification with the timelines stated, you will be entitled to a full refund for that particular product.
